Introduction to Coffee is an ideal course for anyone who is new to the coffee industry or just has an interest in this wonderful drink. It charts coffee’s journey from its origins in Ethiopia to the major commodity it is today, enjoyed by millions of people around the world. Sensory Skills Foundation Resources

Written Online Exam Information:

Total Exam: 25 Questions.
Total Time Allowed: 27 minutes.
Passing Score: 60% and above.

Practical Exam Information:

There is no required practical skills exam for SCA Foundation courses. All practical skills, exercises and activities included in the course are designed to help students prepare for future Intermediate certification in-person with an AST.
